Yard Maintenance

Neighborhood Management has received several calls  regarding lawn maintenance in the community.  Residents are upset that others in the community are not keeping their yards manicured.   Please be a good neighbor by cutting and edging your yard on a regular basis.  Shrubs should be trimmed to keep them looking neat, yards should be treated for weeds and all dead trees should be removed.

Mailbox Improvements

Does your mailbox look as good as the new community streets signs that are being installed?   Do you need assistance with painting or repairs?  Please call Neighborhood Management for a list of contractors that can help you get your mailbox looking brand new.

Pet Care

Several residents have called in upset about unleashed pets leaving excrement in their yards.  Please be mindful of your neighborhoods property by keeping your pet on a leash and  by picking up after them.  Many homeowner's put a lot of time and effort into yard maintenance and an unsupervised pet can do a lot of damage to lawns.
